Ember Coast Collective was created to offer evidence-informed wellness experiences that support nervous system regulation, restoration, and sustainable wellbeing.
Founded by Melissa Currie, MAdEd (Women's Leadership in Community Development) | BScN, RN (NSCN Registration #32159), our approach is shaped by over two decades of nursing experience, graduate-level education in resilience and wellbeing, and specialized training in natural vagus nerve stimulation through the Polyvagal Institute.
Through a combination of education, connection, and practical tools, Ember Coast Collective offers group wellness experiences, nervous system regulation workshops, and therapeutic and aesthetic services designed to support clients in feeling calm,
confident, and connected.
This work is also personal. Like many people, Melissa has navigated her own seasons of stress, growth, and challenges with wellbeing. Those experiences have deepened her passion for creating a space where people feel supported, understood, and empowered to reconnect with themselves.
